Our schedule will be as follows starting 9/5/23:


  • Monday:

    • 3-4pm all Juniors and Seniors

    • 4-5pm Freshmen and Sophomores

  • Tuesday: 5-6pm Weight Room all levels

  • Wednesday:

    • 3-4pm all Juniors and Seniors

    • 4-5pm Freshmen and Sophomores

  • Thursday: 5-6pm Weight Room all levels

  • Friday

    • 3-4pm all Juniors and Seniors

    • 4-5pm Freshmen and Sophomores

The days we have scheduled tryouts there will not be training.


NOTE: No training on Labor Day. Enjoy that time with your families.
